A Historical Boutique Hotel
Travel back in time with our small Boutique Hotel, a legacy built in the year 1885.
The hotel forms the next phase of life for a building, which is nearly 137 years old, and formerly known as a "Merchants Hotel".
Guests at The Albany Merchant Hotel are invited to indulge in the cozy apartment-like suites, designed by Stephen Rudnicki. The architect team worked to bring this hotel back to its glory. The two-story brick building has a series of lofted units, with tall ceilings and lots of natural light, not to mention views of the Roadside Golf Course and easy-to-explore Lake Wobegon Trail.
We have three large suites, which include a suite that would be great for Brides! One standard room and three small rooms with a bathroom and double bed. We have a full-service Bar and Restaurant which is famous for "Latin American BBQ".
There's something restorative about spending a weekend at a historical boutique-style hotel in the quaint town of Albany MN.
